Policies

To ensure smooth scheduling and the best service for all clients:

  • No-Show Policy: If you are not home at the time of arrival, a fee of 50% of the missed appointment is required before booking again.
  • Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
  • Rabies Requirement: All dogs must have a current rabies vaccination.
  • Latch Key Service: Available only for returning customers.
  • Groomer reserves the right to apply additional fees for matting or behavioral concerns.
